Refund Policy

 

At Art of Kolours, we are committed to ensuring you have the best shopping experience. Please review our policies carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

Use a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Important: Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear will be returned to the sender.

 

Duties and Taxes

 

Please note that we do not cover any duties or import taxes. If your order is returned to us by the shipping company due to unpaid duties or taxes, the following will apply:

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

A $30 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

The remaining order amount will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is returned to us.

 

We are not responsible for providing a refund if the item is not returned to us.

 

Jewelry and Accessories

 

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, all jewelry items are FINAL SALE, with no returns or exchanges.

Please ensure your selection is correct before purchasing.

Standard-Size Pieces

 

Standard-size items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Double-check sizing before purchasing, and contact us with any questions.

 

Ready Gift Baskets

We reserve the right to substitute products within the gift baskets with items of equal or greater value. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and satisfaction of our offerings, as certain items may become unavailable due to various circumstances. 

While we make every effort to secure the contents of each basket, please be aware that due to the nature of shipping, some touch-ups may be required on your end upon receipt. We recommend checking the contents of your basket as soon as it arrives to ensure everything is in order. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

It is important to note that basket orders cannot be returned or canceled once they have been placed. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before finalizing your order to avoid any inconvenience. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable gifting experience.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Damaged Items: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item, providing:

1. A video showing the package unopened and the damage clearly in one recording.

2. Photos of the damage.

Without this documentation, we cannot issue store credit or replace the item.

Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately. We will:

Send you the correct item (shipping fees covered).

If the correct item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

The incorrect item must be shipped back within 3 days of receipt in its original, unused condition.

Custom pieces are tailored to your provided measurements. If the item does not fit but matches the measurements given:

No returns or exchanges will be issued.

We offer free alterations if you ship the item back to us. Alteration requests must be communicated within 3 days of receiving your order. (Shipping covered if custom piece did not come stitched in correct given measurement)

 

Cancellations

 

If you cancel your order, a non-refundable $30 fee will apply. This fee compensates for the time spent processing your order.
